Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road is hiring a CDL Driver for mixer and quad-axle dump trucks in Farmers Branch, TX. You will contribute to major heavy highway projects while following safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities include daily equipment maintenance, operating mixer/quad-axle trucks, and coordinating with the team on safety meetings and weather-related shifts. Valid Class A/B license required; DOT drug screen and background check mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months driving experience in construction.
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety.
• Experience with end dump, belly dump, tandem, flow boy or super dump.
• Familiar with off-highway driving in construction sites.
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and background check; TXDOT physical.
• State issued Class A or B license; comply with DOT rules and MVR standards.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Run mixer trucks and quad-axle dump trucks.
• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Participate as a vital team member and attend daily safety meetings.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Work hours include days, nights and weekends; adapt to project needs.
• Able to work in adverse weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
