Job summary

Austin Bridge & Road is seeking a Cement Truck Mixer Driver to support Mesquite, TX construction projects. You will operate mixer trucks, perform pre-shift checks and maintain safety protocols on site.

Requirements include 12 months of construction driving experience, a CDL A/B license, and compliance with DOT rules. We offer competitive benefits and an ESOP in a 100% employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• 12 months of relevant driving experience in construction.
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety and DOT regulations.
• Operational knowledge of heavy trucks and related equipment.
• State issued Class A or B license and DOT compliance checks.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment maintenance and inspections.
• Operate trucks safely and efficiently on sites.
• Join daily safety meetings and follow procedures.
• Adapt work hours to project needs, including nights and weekends.
• Secure heavy/oversized loads per DOT rules.
