Job summary

Litehouse Foods in Lowell, AR is seeking a Mixer to support our spice, prep and testing processes. You will load ingredients, operate batch systems and ensure allergen controls while maintaining clean, organized workstations.

The role requires flexibility, overtime and weekend availability, with starting pay of $20.50 per hour plus shift differentials. This is a chance to join a 100% employee-owned company with strong community ties and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to operate or learn computer-based batch automation technology.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
• Comfortable lifting up to 55 lbs. regularly.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-minded attitude.

Responsibilities

• Load ingredients into blenders and operate metering and pumping systems to produce high-value, detailed recipes
• Operate advanced batch automation computer systems (training provided!)
• Changeover and wash out machinery between batches while following strict allergen protocols
• Keep your workspace and the production area clean and organized
• Use scanners and inventory software to maintain accuracy and ensure FIFO (first in, first out) practices
• Requisition ingredients and supplies; maintain accurate and timely production records
• Adhere to all food safety policies and promptly report any concerns to your supervisor
• Work flexible hours as needed, including frequent overtime and weekends

Additional Pay: 2nd shift is $1.50/hr, 3rd/D/C Shift is $3/hr
