Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Performs equipment set-up and pre-operational inspection to ensure correct setup and clean equipment.
• Stops equipment and reports malfunctions, food safety/GMP issues, or process problems to supervisor.
• Adjusts and documents adjustments or repairs to equipment to maintain process specifications.
• Inspects equipment and process performance and reports deviations to supervisor.
• Replenishes raw supplies and returns unused supplies with traceability documents.
• Disassembles, cleans, and reassembles equipment after runs and completes sanitation records.
