Job summary

Lauren Concrete in Mason, TX is seeking a dedicated CDL Driver to deliver concrete safely and efficiently from Plant 20 Mason. You will perform loading, unloading, and on-site handling while maintaining quality and compliance with all laws.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, a Class B CDL (Texas) with a clean DMV record, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Texas CDL Class B with a clean DMV record.
• 21 years of age or older is required.
• Prior commercial driving experience preferred (1–3 years).

Responsibilities

• Display a positive attitude and professional demeanor with customers.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and consult DVIR notebook.
• Confirm job site address prior to departure.
• Load, handle, deliver and unload the product, including slump, load tickets, revolutions, chutes, admixes.
• Perform post-trip inspection and notify plant manager of maintenance needs.
• Understand operation of Electronic Logging Device (ELD).

Job Details: Job Location: Plant 20 Mason - Mason, TX, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Actively promotes a work environment within the Operations Department that consistently delivers a World Class Experience during the delivery of the concrete. Responsible for delivering quality concrete safely and efficiently while adhering to all Federal, State, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Display a positive attitude, a professional appearance and demeanor on all jobs with all customers, both internally and externally
• Perform pre-trip inspections: clean windshield, side windows, mirrors and cameras each time before leaving the plant or job site, check for fluid leaks, and consult Driver Vehicle Inspection Report notebook
• Confirm job site address prior to departure
• Maintain a clean truck interior and exterior
• Responsible for the process of loading, handling, delivering and unloading of the product, including the slump, load tickets, revolutions, chutes, admixes, etc.
• Perform post-trip inspection, notifying plant manager of maintenance needs.
• Understand and/or knowledge with operation of Electronic Logging Device (ELD)

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Valid State of Texas commercial driver's license required along with a "violation-free" Department of Motor Vehicle record
