Job summary

Dessert Holdings – Le Center, MN is hiring a Mixer Operator for our cake and cheesecake manufacturing line. The role involves measuring and mixing ingredients to produce batters, fillings, and icings while meeting production, quality, and food safety standards.

Work hours are Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–4:00 PM in Le Center, MN. The position requires reliability, ability to follow recipes, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous food manufacturing or bakery experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible to work overtime or additional hours as needed.
