Job summary

Dessert Holdings Le Center, MN is seeking a dependable Mixer Operator to join our cake and cheesecake manufacturing team. This role focuses on accurately measuring and mixing ingredients to produce high-quality batters, fillings, and icings while meeting production and food safety standards.

You will operate mixers and scales, follow recipes and GMPs, complete production records, and maintain a clean, sanitary work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous food manufacturing or bakery experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible to work overtime or additional hours as needed.

We are looking for a dependable Mixer Operator to join our cake and cheesecake manufacturing team. This position is responsible for accurately measuring and mixing ingredients to produce high-quality batters, fillings, and icings while meeting production, quality, and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
• Operate mixers, scales, and other production equipment.
• Follow formulas, GMPs, food safety, and safety procedures.
• Complete production records and reports accurately.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
• Report equipment issues to supervisors.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

• Exposure to allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
