Job summary

Dessert Holdings in Le Center, MN is seeking a dependable Mixer Operator to join our cake and cheesecake manufacturing team. You will measure and mix ingredients to produce high-quality batters, fillings, and icings while following production schedules and food safety standards.

The role requires reading and following recipes, operating mixers and scales, maintaining a clean workstation, and documenting production records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous food manufacturing or bakery experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Flexible to work overtime or additional hours as needed.

Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 4:00 PM
