Job summary

American Restoration is seeking reliable individuals to join its Mitigation Department in the Greater Atlanta area. You will respond to emergency water damage, help restore and mitigate properties, and work with clients to return spaces to pre-loss condition promptly.

Experience in water mitigation or mold remediation is a plus but not required; construction or labor background may be helpful. You will lift heavy equipment and must pass screenings while maintaining a strong work ethic and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Must be available to work either a Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat Schedule.
• Must live within 40 minutes of our location in Acworth.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Must be able to pass a drug-screen and background check.
• Must have a great work ethic and be a good team member.

Responsibilities

• Meet and communicate with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Carefully move, clean, and protect client’s furniture & contents.
• Assist in the removal of damaged building materials.
• Extract water and set up drying equipment to dry residential homes & commercial buildings.
• Communicate effectively with clients & direct management.
