Job summary

Responsibilities

• Field Operations – perform hands-on restoration and remediation services across a range of loss types (including moisture intrusion, microbial growth, fire damage, and biohazard situations), ensuring timely arrival and adherence to project schedules and daily performance goals.
• Site Management – keep all work sites clean, safe, and organized according to OSHA standards, using proper PPE.
• Equipment, Vehicle & Supply Management – maintain trucks in a clean, fully stocked condition, conduct vehicle maintenance, promptly report any loss or damage, and monitor job-site moisture levels and equipment.
• Compliance & Safety – adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety standards at all times.
• Documentation & Reporting – complete all paperwork, submit daily timecards, maintain thorough records of expenses, receipts, and job notes, and report updates, issues, and questions promptly.
• Customer Experience – uphold a high standard of professionalism on every job site to drive customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Physical Demands: The role requires moderate to high physical activity, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, standing, sitting, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, leaning, reaching, and climbing as needed. Frequent use of hands and arms, and regular use of a mobile device are essential. The role also demands effective vision (close and distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment).
