All Dry Services of Atlanta is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial rebuilds from initial assessment to final sign-off. You will coordinate crews, manage budgets, and liaise with clients and insurers.

This on-site role in Marietta, GA requires 5+ years in reconstruction, a valid driver's license, and strong leadership. Expect a fast-paced environment with weekend on-call and growth opportunities; a company truck is provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in reconstruction, remodeling, or restoration services.
• 3+ years managing projects and crews.
• Insurance-related construction experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen required.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and climb ladders.
• On-call and weekend availability as project schedule requires.

Responsibilities

All Dry Services of Atlanta provides full-service property recovery - residential and commercial, offering water, mold, and fire mitigation and restoration, as well as complete reconstruction services.

We have an immediate opening for a Reconstruction Project Manager to join our team. This is a fast-paced and growing company with steady work year-round, offering long-term employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of residential and commercial reconstruction projects, from initial walk-through to final sign-off.
• Oversee subcontractors and internal crews to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
• Educate customers on process and maintain customer communications.
• Manage change orders, job costing, and timelines.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters, homeowners, commercial clients, and internal departments to align expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Enforce safety protocols on all job sites.
• Proactively resolve any delays or challenges that arise during rebuild phases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in reconstruction, remodeling, or restoration services.
• 3+ years managing projects and crews.
• Prior experience working with insurance-related construction is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs, climbing ladders.

Compensation
