Job summary

Guarantee Restoration Services is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager for our Lafayette, LA team. You will manage multiple restoration projects, maintain profitability, and serve as the primary customer contact throughout the job life cycle.

The role includes a $58k starting salary (experienced-based) with quarterly incentives, full medical/dental/vision, a vested 401K with employer match, and a company vehicle. Local travel up to 20% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as primary customer contact at the appropriate project stage.
• Explain the reconstruction process and set workflow/timeline expectations.
• Prepare and submit budgets for reconstruction projects.
• Review files for profitability and scope accuracy.
• Provide detailed file documentation and signed correspondence to Project Coordinator.

What you'll be responsible for as a Mitigation Project Manager

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently achieve a high degree of profitability and customer satisfaction
• Become the primary point of contact for the customer at the appropriate point in the job life cycle!
• Explain the reconstruction process to the customer and set appropriate expectations for workflow and timelines
• Prepare and submit a budget for each reconstruction project
• Review the completed files for the profitability and accuracy of the original scope
• Responsible for providing detailed file documentation and all signed correspondence to Project Coordinator
