SERVPRO Colorado Springs is hiring a Mitigation Project Manager to oversee all aspects of restoration projects and crews, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of management or supervisory experience, 3 years in water, mold, or fire restoration, and a valid driver’s license; IICRC certification is preferred.

We offer a base salary of $70,000–$90,000 plus bonus opportunities and superior benefits, with career progression and professional development.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of water/mold/fire/restoration industry experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews.
• Prepare project scope estimates and coordinate resources.
• Negotiate approvals and ensure proper billing.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives.
