Job summary

SERVPRO Colorado Springs is hiring a Mitigation Project Manager to oversee restoration projects and crews, ensuring accurate scopes and timely completion. You will negotiate scopes with clients, coordinate subcontractors, and monitor documentation for billing and compliance.

The position requires 2+ years in management and 3+ years in restoration with a valid driver’s license; IICRC cert is a plus. Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management/supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3 years of water/mold/fire restoration experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work and prepare estimates.
• Negotiate project scope and estimate with customers/clients.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources on active projects.
• Review site documentation to ensure client requirements and billing.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurers.
• Manage production expenses including equipment and vehicles.

As the Mitigation Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Provide priority response to potential customers
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

Position Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of management and/or supervisory experience
• At least 3 years of water/mold/fire/ restoration industry experience
• IICRC certification a preferred

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
