Job summary

Dryworx Water Damage Restoration in the United States is hiring a Mitigation Manager to oversee the mitigation department. You will lead field operations, support Project Managers, ensure compliance with IICRC standards, and drive efficiency and profitability.

You will manage scheduling, budgets, safety, equipment, and customer/adjuster communications, while mentoring staff and pursuing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in water mitigation/restoration; 1+ year in a leadership role.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, or AMRT) preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with restoration software (Albi, Xactimate, or similar).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support mitigation staff and Project Managers.
• Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance on all projects.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and project documentation.
• Serve as the senior contact for customers and insurance adjusters.
• Review budgets, job costing, and ensure profitable project completion.
