Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager to lead our Emergency Services team. You will oversee mitigation, mold, contents, and emergency services operations, directing technicians and field personnel to ensure rapid, safe, and quality results on jobs.

The ideal candidate has restoration leadership experience, understands water mitigation and drying, and can coach staff while maintaining rigorous documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two plus years' experience in a Management or Leadership role within the Restoration Industry.
• Five plus years' experience within the Emergency Services Department within the Restoration Industry.
• Experience writing Emergency Services (Mitigation) estimates.
• IICRC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead mitigation, mold, contents, and emergency services operations
• Manage technicians, crew leaders, and field personnel
• Coordinate schedules, equipment, staffing, and resources
• Drive productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Ensure documentation, job files, and communication are completed accurately
• Support CAT response planning and deployment
• Maintain safety, quality, and operational standards

Mitigation Manager

$65,000 - $75,000 per year based on experience

The Mitigation Project Manager works within our Emergency Services (Mitigation) Department. The Mitigation PM is responsible for ensuring team culture, growth and development of the mitigation business, department, and staff.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Large loss, commercial, and CAT experience preferred

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Two plus years' experience in a Management or Leadership role within the Restoration Industry
• Five plus years' experience within the Emergency Services Department within the Restoration IndustryExperience with writing Emergency Services (Mitigation) estimates

Preferred Education and Experience:

• IICRC certifications

Physical Requirement

• Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
• The person in this position needs to frequently move about client's properties to complete estimates and oversee completion of jobs
• Constantly operates a computer
• Must be able to communicate and converse with customers and staff over the phone and face to face
• Occasionally will lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to safely operate a company vehicle
