In this role, you will work closely with the Mitigation Service Team to restore buildings damaged by water, fire, or mold. Responsibilities include demolishing non-restorable materials, extracting standing water, and maintaining job site safety. Ideal candidates should be physically fit and possess strong communication skills, ready to work in a dynamic environment. Training is available, and a valid driver's license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must pass background check.
• Must have reliable transportation to Main office
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
• Clean shave face for use of respirator per OSHA regulations
• Working in a team environment
• Working in tight or confined spaces

Responsibilities

• Remove/demolish materials that cannot be restored.
• Extract standing water if needed.
• Maintain job site safety.
• Clean up affected materials and areas at job sites including removing all job-related debris
• Assisting Project Foreman with job site production
• Maintaining job site safety
• Execute job action plan for restoration production
• Contents manipulation
• Working in confined spaces including heights
• Utilization of power tools
• Assist with warehouse duties
• Utilize truck mounted extractor efficiently
• Identify and place drying equipment
• Able to communicate workflow and scope of work with Foreman and Supervisors

You'll also be responsible for executing job action plans, manipulating contents, working in confined spaces, and utilizing power tools, among other things.
