Job summary

Oregon Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Lead Technician to join their Portland restoration team. You will work on water damage and mold mitigation projects, collaborating with a Project Manager to deliver from start to finish.

Training is provided for candidates with the right attitude and problem-solving skills. The role involves an on-call rotation, handling critical responses, and maintaining high standards of customer communication while using top-tier equipment and tools.

Qualifications

• Mitigation experience required.
• Ability to document paperwork, readings and scope of work.
• On-site leadership and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first responder to new water losses.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to drive projects from start to finish.
• Document all project progress and communications.
• Supervise technicians and assistants on-site.
• Operate mitigation equipment and ensure safety protocols.
• Lead and train junior staff in water loss and microbial growth processes.
