Job summary

Charter Construction is seeking a Lead Mitigation Technician in Portland, OR. You will oversee and execute water, fire, mold, and environmental mitigation from start to finish, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards while delivering excellent customer service.

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform water, fire, mold, and environmental mitigation services.
• Assess damages, determine scope of work, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Set up and monitor mitigation equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, air scrubbers).
• Ensure work complies with IICRC standards and company protocols.
• Train technicians in mitigation techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
