Voda Cleaning and Restoration in Chandler is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to perform water, fire, and storm damage restoration and mold remediation for residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality results.

You will be on-call for emergencies, document work, assist in upselling services, and stay up-to-date with the latest restoration technologies. Compensation includes hourly pay, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of restoration experience (water, fire, storm, or mold) preferred.
• IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform restoration services for water, fire, and storm damage and mold remediation.
• Be on-call for emergency services and assist clients in urgent situations.
• Participate in sales meetings and upsell value-added services to increase sales and service excellence.
• Complete accurate restoration documentation, customer invoices, and work orders.
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism.
• Inspect completed work to ensure top-quality results.
• Maintain tools, materials, and supplies in company vehicles.
• Continuously learn and master the newest technologies and equipment in the industry.
• Adhere to company standards of excellence and hold yourself and others accountable to high service standards.

Technician Qualifications:

• Certifications: Highly preferred – IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
• Other Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug test.
  • Basic proficiency with computers, email, and mobile devices for reporting and daily tasks.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
