Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking an Experienced Restoration Technician to execute restoration projects from start to finish. Primary duties include water extraction, structural cleaning after water/fire/mold damage, and replacing damaged materials while operating restoration equipment.

You will document outcomes with photos and moisture readings, while upholding safety standards. The role offers on‑site work, Monday–Friday with overtime and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, cleaning, or maintenance preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, confined areas, and various environmental conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to use mobile apps for job documentation.

Responsibilities

• Water extraction and initial mitigation tasks.
• Cleaning structures damaged by water, fire, mold, and other causes including detailed cleaning, HEPA vacuuming, and odor control.
• Removing and replacing damaged materials such as wallboard, lumber, insulation, and carpet.
• Placing, monitoring, and removing restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA scrubbers, etc.).
• Job documentation including photos, moisture readings, and digital notes.
• Adhering to safety standards and PPE requirements on every job.
• Supporting mold remediation tasks such as containment setup, demolition, and sanitation.
• Participating in on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergency response.
• Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean, working condition.
• Communicating professionally with customers, property managers, and team members.
