Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is looking for a Restoration Technician to help deliver our wide range of cleaning and restoration services. You will assist in fulfilling obligations to customers by delivering timely, high-quality restoration work and reporting daily activities.

The role emphasizes effective communication with customers, precise documentation, and routine maintenance of equipment and vehicles. Previous truck-mount experience is preferred but not required, with on-the-job training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good math skills for equipment type and unit count.
• Basic computer skills to report daily activity.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all restoration services offered by the company.

Restoration Technician Job Summary

Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all restoration services the company offers. (Note: Compensation levels will reflect the skill level of the Technician. Hourly rate increases as the ability to perform water mitigation, mold, fire and smoke damage, and asbestos certifications are added.)
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete Work Orders.
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation.
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High school diploma (or GED). Experience with the services we provide including truck mount is preferred but not required.
• Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units.
• Computer Skills: Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity.
• Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Certification in performing appropriate services: Water Mitigation, Mold, etc.
