Job Summary

The Lead Restoration Technician is responsible for working side by side with the Mitigation Service Team to restore buildings damaged by Water, Fire, Mold, or other causes. This role involves performing tasks such as removing and demolishing non-restorable materials, extracting standing water, and cleaning affected areas at job sites. The technician executes job action plans, manipulates contents, works in confined spaces, and uses power tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Remove/demolish materials that cannot be restored or repaired at job sites
2. Extract standing water if needed
3. Move, clean, and store equipment, tools, and vans
4. Clean up affected materials and areas, including debris removal
5. Assist Project Foreman with job site production
6. Maintain job site safety
7. Execute job action plans for restoration
8. Manipulate contents as needed
9. Work in confined spaces and at heights
10. Utilize power tools
11. Assist with warehouse duties
12. Efficiently utilize truck-mounted extractors
13. Identify and place drying equipment
14. Communicate workflow and scope of work with Foreman and Supervisors

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License
• Background check clearance
• Reliable transportation to main office
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and twisting
• Clean-shaven face for respirator use per OSHA regulations
• Teamwork skills
• Ability to work in tight or confined spaces

Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
