We are seeking a skilled Service Tech IV - Field Service to perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment with minimal supervision. This role offers opportunities for growth into leadership within our Service Department, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

1. Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment using independent judgment.
2. Travel to customer sites for equipment repair and maintenance; maintain a clean and professional service vehicle.
3. Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.
4. Complete work documentation accurately and promptly.
5. Assist with equipment and parts pickup and delivery.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• 5+ years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, schematics, and diagrams.
• Own tools applicable to the position.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs regularly.
