Qualifications

• 2+ years in restoration, construction, or inspection-based environments.
• 1–2 years using Xactimate to prepare detailed estimates.
• 1–2 years of property insurance claims experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM software to manage leads and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of mitigation inspections up to obtaining a signed Work Authorization.
• Document all communication, site findings, photos, notes, and job progress.
• Perform in-person damage assessments and secure jobs with homeowners or responsible parties.
• Coordinate with internal teams in weekly strategy meetings to review jobs.
