Job summary

TCM Restoration is seeking a Mitigation Inspector to oversee initial dispatch and site visits from first inspection through securing a signed Work Authorization. You will document findings in Dash, communicate with homeowners, and hand off to the File Coordinator before production.

This role requires strong communication, accurate scoping, and high attention to detail, with opportunities for growth within a national platform and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• GED or equivalent.
• IICRC WRT certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year in current role for internal promotions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mitigation inspections and obtain signed Work Authorization.
• Document site findings, photos, and progress in Dash/CRM.
• Perform in-person damage assessments and secure jobs with homeowners.
• Participate in weekly strategy meetings with management and partners.
• Update stakeholders on job status from initial visit through authorization.
