Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a Mitigation Foreman to supervise restoration projects, manage a crew, and ensure safety and quality on-site. The role requires hands-on oversight of mitigation activities, coordination with the project manager, and effective communication with team members and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has restoration industry experience, strong leadership, and is capable of directing operations from setup to completion in a fast-paced environment at customer

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have reliable transportation to the office.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• On-call availability per rotation; paid OT and after-hours pay.
• Ability to work in a team environment and followSafety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager on all job site activities.
• Execute job action plan for restoration production.
• Communicate workflow and scope with project team.
• Lead team to remove/demolish non-restorable materials.
• Supervise crew and subcontractors on site.
• Utilize truck-mounted extractor efficiently.
• Extract standing water as needed.
• Set up equipment, move tools, restock vans.
• Maintain job site safety; work in confined spaces.
• Use power tools and place drying equipment correctly.
• Document loss sites with company software; take photos at stages.
