Qualifications

• Experience supervising mitigation projects and crews.
• Ability to coordinate workflow and scope with team members.
• Comfort with lifting 50 lbs and working in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager on all job site activities.
• Execute job action plan for restoration production.
• Lead team to remove/demolish non-restorable materials.
• Supervise crew and subcontractors on site.
• Utilize equipment and extractors efficiently.
• Ensure job site safety and proper documentation.
• Take photos at different project stages.
