Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, construction, or related trades.
• Strong customer service and communication skills to interact with property owners, teammates, and insurance representatives.
• Basic proficiency with mobile apps or computers for job documentation, photos, and service reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and coordinate job scopes.
• Communicate with property owners and adjusters and ensure safety and documentation standards.
• Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation and restoration tasks, including equipment setup and site cleanup.
