Job summary

Servpro is hiring a Fire & Water Restoration Crew Chief for our Chicago location. The role includes career pathing, manager-in-training opportunities, and a $1,500 hiring bonus.

Candidates must have restoration mitigation experience, a valid driver’s license, and authorization to work in the United States. You'll work on client sites to mitigate property damage from water, fire, mold, weather, and biohazards, while leading a crew and coordinating with supervisors and clients.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restoration mitigation experience.
• 1 year minimum as a team lead.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to Work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project plans per industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, crews and clients.
• Complete documentation, photos, sketches and notes for all projects.
• Train and motivate your crew of mitigation technicians.
• Maintain professional cleanliness of fleet vehicles and client sites.
• Monitor job site progress and modify plans as needed.
• Perform water extraction and cleaning tasks.
• Assist with mold containment and removal as required.
