Qualifications

• At least 6 months of hands-on restoration work, preferably in a crew-chief or leadership role.
• Solid knowledge of restoration equipment, tools, and industry best practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, supervise, and motivate Production Technicians.
• Communicate clearly with customers to provide peace of mind.
• Manage job file documentation and control project costs.
