Job Position Description:
- Leads a team during restoration projects following water, fire, or other damage, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction.
- Performs restoration tasks including water damage restoration, fire restoration, and mold remediation.
- Visits job sites and performs selective demolition.
- Sets, monitors, and moves equipment needed for water extraction and drying of premises, including reading and recording data.
- Ensures proper cleanup and sanitation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service and clear communication.
- Respond to job sites promptly and perform all tasks according to company and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate measurements, diagrams, photos, updates, and other documentation, including data entry into systems.
- Keep a tidy worksite and adhere to safety rules to prevent hazards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work truck, stocked with necessary equipment and supplies.
- Assist other departments and technicians as needed.
- Serve as the first point of contact onsite.
- Inspect job sites for quality control, ensuring all work meets standards.
- Assist with training and mentoring new technicians to develop team skills.
- Be available for emergency response and be the first on site for water or fire damage calls.
