Job Position Description:
- Leads a team during restoration projects following water, fire, or other damage, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction.
- Performs restoration tasks including water damage restoration, fire restoration, and mold remediation.
- Attends job sites to perform selective demolition.
- Sets, monitors, and moves equipment needed for water extraction and drying of premises, including reading and recording data.
- Ensures proper cleanup and sanitation.
Responsibilities:
- Provides extraordinary service and maintains excellent communication.
- Responds to job sites as directed and performs all tasks according to company and industry standards.
- Maintains accurate measurements, diagrams, photos, updates, and documentation for each job, including data entry into systems.
- Maintains a neat and organized worksite and adheres to all safety rules and regulations.
- Maintains a clean and organized work truck, stocked with necessary equipment and supplies.
- Assists other departments and technicians as needed.
- Acts as the first point of contact onsite.
- Inspects job sites for quality control, ensuring work meets standards.
- Assists with training and mentoring new technicians.
- Available for on-call emergency response and first on-site responder for water or fire damage calls.
Requirements:

- Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project needs
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Proficiency with basic hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to understand and follow written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions
- Ability to complete a background check as required by law
