tarte cosmetics is seeking an experienced Sales & Education specialist to drive the brand's success at the store level. This position works at designated stores with the primary responsibility of interacting with store employees & clients.

Sales & Education specialists educate on tarte products and generate sales while supporting in-store brand goals. The ideal candidate enjoys retail, has a passion for people and service, and experience in beauty.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail sales experience in open-sell environment; Sephora/Ulta experience preferred.
• Strong communication, selling, product knowledge, events, artistry and education skills.
• Ability to act on sales analysis and take strategic direction.
• Memorable, positive, professional and enthusiastic presence.
• Self-motivated, committed and goal-oriented personality.

Responsibilities

• Report to designated stores every day.
• Achieve targeted sales goals for assigned stores.
• Coordinate and schedule in-store sales support, events and education initiatives.
• Act as primary day-to-day brand contact for designated stores.
• Educate Sephora/ULTA/Macy's with product knowledge, artistry and selling skills.
• Partner with store teams to plan in-store events and education initiatives.
• Evaluate each store's sales results.
• Build and develop relationships with retailer partners at store level.
• Review and update in-store visual merchandising.
