Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA seeks a Campus Staff Minister to lead witnessing communities on Missouri campuses. This full-time role emphasizes vision, leadership development, and collaboration with students, faculty, and campus networks.

The position requires developing and implementing ministry plans, recruiting and training student leaders, and partnering with national staff to advance the Gospel in alignment with InterVarsity’s Core Values and commitments.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills are required for ministry to diverse students and faculty.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with students, faculty, and staff.
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Campus Staff Ministers and student leaders.
• Create ministry plans, programs, and structures to achieve annual goals.
• Mobilize diverse groups of students and faculty to engage with the gospel.
• Partner with national and local staff to advance InterVarsity’s mission.
• Raise funds and recruit partners to support ministry activities.
