Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA in Missouri is seeking a Campus Staff Minister candidate for a one- to two-year position focused on learning and preparing for full campus ministry responsibilities. This part-time role will include intensive training and ministry functions aligned with InterVarsity’s mission.

The role will evolve into leadership across ministry teams, pastoral care, outreach to students and faculty, and budget and partner development.

• Ability to contribute to an open and supportive relationship with ministry team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead ministry teams and cast spiritual vision and direction.
• Teach students to study and apply Scripture to their lives.
• Learn to lead ministry to students and faculty on campus.
• Engage with ministry partners and fund development.
