Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA seeks a Campus Staff Minister to lead ministry on college campuses, primarily in Mississippi. The role focuses on spiritual growth, campus leadership, collaboration, and development of partnerships to fund ministry efforts.

You will mentor students and faculty, supervise interns as needed, and work toward expansions across campuses with a biblically-based vision and core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus; associate’s for two-year campus or community college.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups.
• Familiarity with standard office software and ability to problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, and worship.
• Lead campus leadership, set annual goals, and develop ministry plans.
• Mobilize students and faculty, build diverse ministry teams, and collaborate with staff.
