Job summary

Long Hollow Church is seeking a Missions Communications and Administration Specialist to strengthen outreach, mobilize volunteers, and coordinate missional initiatives across multiple ministries. The role supports the Missions Team with communications, scheduling, and logistical tasks to empower volunteers and church-wide initiatives.

The position emphasizes collaboration across departments, coordinating event logistics, and fostering clear pathways for members to engage in missions activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of experience in ministry, outreach coordination, missions, or volunteer mobilization.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the missions social media strategy and coordinate posts for the Long Hollow Church family (~10,000 active people).
• Coordinate regular missions email communications (monthly or bi-weekly) for engaged donors and volunteers.
• Identify effective ways to communicate missional opportunities across the congregation and outline ministry pathways.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the Missions Team and other church departments.
• Serve as the primary administrative point person for Long Hollow Hispanic, Marketplace, Deaf Ministries, and multi-campus missions coordination.
