Job summary

West End Community Church in Nashville, TN, seeks a Missions Support Specialist to strengthen the execution and organization of the Missions Department. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or operational support role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, organizational, and relational support for the Missions Department.
• Maintain clear systems, effective communication, and follow-through across missions initiatives.
• Track partners, volunteers, and ministry activity with accurate reporting.
• Report on budgets, expenses, and engagement metrics to support decisions.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and ministry events; manage logistics and hospitality.
• Support staff and volunteers to foster a culture of care and excellence.
