North American Mission Board (NAMB) is seeking a Missionary Discovery Consultant to guide candidates through the endorsement process, coordinating with field leaders and internal teams to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

The Missionary Discovery Consultant supports and walks alongside missionary candidates throughout the endorsement process, ensuring timely progress and alignment with organizational, ministry, and doctrinal standards. This role coordinates with field leaders and internal teams, manages related communications and systems, and resolves issues to provide a consistent and effective candidate experience.
