Job summary

Boeing in Berkeley, MO is seeking a Mission Systems Software Test and Infrastructure Manager to lead 10-15 engineers across software test, infrastructure, and process improvements for the Air Dominance program. This onsite leadership role focuses on agile execution, architecture alignment, and cross-functional collaboration with product, architecture, and program management teams.

The ideal candidate holds a US security clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and substantial engineering leadership

Qualifications

Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP).
Bachelor’s Degree required.
1+ years of experience leading agile teams.
5+ years in an engineering leadership role.
3+ years of experience in software development life cycles, configuration management and agile practices.

Responsibilities

Assist with MS IPT PI planning including Jira integration management.
Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and execute cross-functional RAA affecting MS software execution.
Lead 10-15 engineers to establish processes, tooling, and automations for MS software RAA.
Coordinate with product management, architecture, and stakeholders to align backlogs and roadmap.
Manage inter-team dependencies, risks, and integration points across internal IPT and partners.
Leverage best tools and pipelines to create unified FQT and certification for MS software products.
