Job summary

The Boeing Company seeks a Mission Systems (MS) Software Test and Infrastructure Manager to lead 10–15 engineers across Unified Software Process, Architecture and Test/Infrastructure for MS software products in Berkeley, MO.

Required: Active Secret security clearance, SAP access eligibility, a Bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years in engineering leadership with SDLC and agile experience. This is an onsite role with relocation available.

Qualifications

• Active Secret U.S. security clearance required.
• Ability to obtain access to SAP.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5+ years in engineering leadership.
• 3+ years in software life cycles and agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead 10-15 engineers to establish processes, tooling, and automations.
• Plan and coordinate MS IPT PI with Jira integration management.
• Align backlogs and roadmaps with program goals for MS software.
• Manage cross-functional risks and integrations across the program.
• Drive unified FQT and certification approach for MS software.
• Act on feedback to drive organizational continuous improvement.
