Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Secret US Security Clearance (and ability to obtain Top Secret post-start)
• Experience leading diverse software teams (1+ years) or Boeing leadership training
• 3+ years in real-time, near real-time, or embedded systems
• 1+ years working on agile teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse team of embedded software engineers for mission systems
• Plan staffing and talent pipelines to meet project timelines
• Drive technical planning and manage agile metrics and EVM duties
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software integration and quality
• Mentor engineers and champion software design practices and safety standards
• Coordinate with other Boeing teams on verification, validation, release and distribution of software
• Adopt DevSecOps practices to enhance security, quality and efficiency
• Engage with stakeholders, including customers and regulators, to align program objectives
