Job summary

You will manage agile processes, mentor staff, and coordinate with systems, hardware, QA, customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Secret US Security Clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret post-start
• US Citizenship required
• At least one year in a leadership role or completed Boeing leadership course
• 1+ years managing/leading diverse software teams
• 3+ years in real-time, near real-time, or embedded systems
• 1+ years leading agile teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse team of embedded software engineers for mission systems
• Assess staffing needs and build a talent pipeline to meet project timelines
• Drive technical planning and manage agile metrics and EVMD duties
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and communication
• Provide guidance on design practices, safety standards, and verification
• Mentor engineering staff and foster technical excellence and growth
• Coordinate with Boeing teams on verification, validation, release and distribution
• Apply DevSecOps principles to improve security and quality
• Engage with customers and regulatory bodies to align program objectives
• Present at program management reviews and technical milestones
