Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a role requiring project / program management skills to ensure cost, schedule and technical baseline requirements are met.
• Bachelor's or higher in Engineering.
• Experience leading agile development teams and delivering presentations to Senior Leaders.
• Experience writing proposals, RFIs and/or RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and control program work with the Chief Engineer and IPT leads.
• Demonstrate proficiency in PMI/PMBOK, ANSI, and ISO standards with emphasis on cost, schedule, and technical balance.
• Lead teams of 35+ engineering professionals to achieve milestones and objectives.
• Manage the Program Execution Plan and related plans within an agile environment.
• Develop project plans aligned to Customer objectives and ensure requirements are achieved.
• Oversee procurement activities across all aspects of the program’s O&M and development scope.
• Promote a healthy team culture where collaboration, safety and innovation thrive.
