Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Mission Engineer and Integrator to provide technical expertise and support for CI risk management within foreign intelligence operations. You will analyze requirements, define concepts of operations, and support the development of new systems and procedures.

Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required, with 8+ years of related experience when holding a BS/BA, or more with higher degrees. The role is based in the United States and offers a competitive salary range with potential

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
Minimum of 8 years with a BS/BA; minimum of 6 years with an MS/MA; minimum of 3 years with PhD.

Responsibilities

Assist sponsor personnel with risk management and governance responsibilities.
Analyze situational conditions to identify technologies, capabilities, systems, and equipment meeting operational requirements.
Support generation and updates to concepts of operations.
Provide input to development of new systems, capabilities and equipment.
Offer tradecraft recommendations and best practices during operations planning, assessment and approvals.
Ensure constraints are communicated and addressed in planning and execution.
Perform trade studies from testing and evaluation lessons and provide modification recommendations.
Support development of operational procedures including contingencies.
Provide recommendations on end-to-end system capability gaps affecting usability and operability.
Review all-source reporting to produce counterintelligence guidance on risks and mitigations.
