Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Business/Systems Analyst to support critical intelligence community systems. The role blends systems analysis, technical writing, and user support to translate complex needs into clear documentation and solid solutions.

The position requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph, 5+ years of technical writing, and experience with JIRA/Confluence. You will collaborate with government stakeholders, developers, and users to enhance workflows and produce robust documentation.

Qualifications

Active NSA TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
Minimum 5 years of technical writing experience on complex programs/contracts.
Experience with AEA or IC tools/capabilities is preferred.
Strong command of English grammar and structured writing.

Responsibilities

Collect, clarify, and define client requirements and translate them into actionable documentation.
Produce functional design specifications aligned to user needs and operational requirements.
Develop, update, and maintain installation/configuration guides and end‑user documents.
Coordinate documentation across engineering, operations, testing, and user support.
Lead onboarding, training, and quality checks for junior team members.
