Job summary

Customs and Border Protection in Washington, DC seeks an Executive Director, Mission Support (OFO) to join the agency's senior leadership. Plan, develop, implement, evaluate and manage all administrative/management programs in the Office of Field Operations.
Oversee budget/finance, staffing and personnel administration, resources management, IT/infrastructure management, training, workforce development, and strategic planning.
Lead day-to-day operations of the directorate and coordinate field operations policies and delegation orders.
Provide executive guidance on short- and long-range strategies affecting CBP operations and field and headquarters managers.
Represent the interests of the Executive Assistant Commissioner, Field Operations in advisory capacity and ensure consistent application of policies.
