Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations at 20 major Field Offices and 300 ports of entry.
• Ensure OFO policy is disseminated and implemented at Field Offices and ports.
• Maintain an inspection program to evaluate field operations' management and success.
• Deter and address illegal activity at ports and ensure enforcement of applicable laws.
