Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Mission Support Analyst, Mid to join our team in Washington, DC. You will provide DoD DoW/Navy client support across the annual authorization and appropriations cycle, leveraging PPBE databases to coordinate, track, report, and deliver analysis and recommendations on requirements, milestones, and progress.

You have 4+ years in a professional setting, experience with Navy/government staff, direct client interaction, and proficiency in MS Office.

Provide a DoW or Navy client with mission support throughout the annual Defense Authorization and Appropriations process. Leverage existing Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) systems and databases to coordinate, track, report, and make appropriate analysis and recommendations to support government decisions on requirements, milestones, and progress. Provide analysis to support the development and implementation of DoW, Navy, and Marine Corps strategy and policy. Analyze risk-based strategies for processes and planning. You Have:

• 4+ years of experience working in a professional environment
• Experience with Navy or government staff such as Joint Staff or Combatant Command (COCOM) staff
• Experience with regular direct client interactions, including supporting project delivery, delivering presentations, leading client meetings, and working independently, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools
• Ability to track and comprehend acquisition and procurement goals as they move through the legislative cycle and plan, organize, and execute tasks with minimal direction
• TS/SCI clearance
